Over 25 years of professional experience in providing IT, information security, audit and assurance services to financial services, government and commercial clients, with significant expertise in the banking and healthcare industries.

Mr.Kronick is the Founder and Managing Director of INFORES LLC, an information resilience and data protection service company in New York State.

Mr. Kronick was Managing Director of GE IT Solution’s North American Security practice, providing security, privacy and risk assurance services to clients in Canada and the United States.  Mr. Kronick architected regulatory compliance, enterprise resilience and security frameworks for several financial services and healthcare firms, as well as providing security and compliance thought leadership on GLB, Sarbanes Oxley, Patriot, Basel II, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulations.

Mr. Kronick contributed substantially to the U.S. Treasury Wargame in 2003 attended by CXO leadership from most of the Northeastern financial services firms.

Mr. Kronick has held positions as Chief Information Security Officer at Purdue Pharma, L.P., one of the top 20 pharmaceutical firms, as well as Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer at the Gartner Group, Director of Information Technology Audit at Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield and Senior IT Consultant at Deloitte.

Mr. Kronick has partnered with the FDA, DEA and industry associations to interpret and prepare client strategies for E222, 21CFR Part 11 and HIPAA compliance.  Mr. Kronick was chief liaison with the FHLBB for two Savings & Loan Associations in the Midwest during the 1980s.  Mr. Kronick has written several white papers and given several lectures on regulatory compliance strategies and anti-fraud countermeasures.

He engineered software solutions to uncover $200 million dollars healthcare fraud in claims processing within a three-month period and ethically hacked into the trading systems and 79 other major networks of one of the top 4 Northeastern Banks.

He is also a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP), a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), an Information Systems Security Architect Professional (ISSAP), an Information Systems Security Management Professional (ISSMP), a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Project Management Professional (PMP), and is also a Six Sigma Green Belt and certified in ITIL Foundations and COBIT Foundations.

Yvette is Co-Founder and Head of Administration at INFORES LLC. 

Yvette is a self-starter, innovative and a success business leader, often speaking to local community groups and business meetings. Yvette has a good track record of selling online services and handling all administration functions. 

Aside from her business acumen, Yvette is also a registered nurse with a BA degree in Nursing.
